Stand pepper upright.
Cut a slice off each side of the pepper.
Remove membrane and seeds.

Cut each pepper slice according to a ruler.

Cut down remaining length of rectangle.

Bring both corners of rectangle to center.

Overlap ends of bell pepper triangle to secure.

Garnish with Bell Pepper Triangles.
